1. Dahlia Tuber Policy
All dahlia tubers sold by Little Lapin Garden are hand-dug, cured, and inspected for quality. Each tuber is verified to have at least one viable eye before shipping and is guaranteed to be healthy, viable, and true to variety at the time of shipping.
Returns & Refunds Refunds or replacements are only offered if a tuber arrives soft, moldy, rotten, or damaged. Contact me at littlelapinfarm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. I'll provide a refund or replacement (if stock allows).
Not Covered: Tubers that fail to grow due to planting conditions, weather, pests, improper storage, or neglect; blooms that vary in color or form due to environmental factors; shipping damage, carrier delays, lost packages, or theft after delivery; performance issues after tubers leave the farm.
Plant Health & Disease Virus and disease are not 100% avoidable in any garden. While I visually inspect each tuber for gall, I don't currently test tubers or plants for disease. By purchasing, you accept this reality of growing dahlias.
Shipping & Orders Tubers ship March–June within the continental U.S. only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Shipping is based on USDA growing zone. Local pickup available in Littleton, CO on select dates.
Order cancellations can only be made prior to shipping notification. Once shipped, tubers are nonrefundable.

2. Floral Services Policy
Booking & Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure all wedding, event, and custom floral bookings. The deposit is refundable if the event is canceled more than 4 months prior to the event date. The deposit becomes non-refundable within 4 months of the event date. Deposits may be transferred to another date or service at the discretion of Little Lapin Garden. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date. Your date is not reserved until the signed contract and deposit are received.
Delivery & Pickup: Once flowers leave Little Lapin Garden (whether by delivery or customer pickup), Little Lapin Garden is not responsible for damage, wilting, mishandling, or any issues related to care and storage after transfer.
Service Area: Floral services are available throughout Colorado. Deliveries outside the Denver Metro Area may incur additional delivery fees and travel expense reimbursement.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 4 months before the event date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 4 months of the event date are not eligible for refunds.
3. Garden Consulting & Design Policy
Consultations: Initial consultations (up to 20 minutes) are complimentary. Full design plans, planting guides, and extended consulting services require payment upon delivery of the completed plan or service.
Refunds: No refunds are provided once design work has been delivered. Revisions may be available for an additional fee, depending on scope.
Scope of Work: Little Lapin Garden provides design and consulting services only. Manual labor, installation, and ongoing maintenance are not currently offered.
4. General Terms & Conditions
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the specific policies above.
Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.
Little Lapin Garden reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases of abusive behavior, suspected fraud, misuse of services, or in the case of a personal emergency.
These policies may be updated periodically. By purchasing products or booking services, you agree to the terms in effect at the time of transaction.
